1. About LeoWeb

2. Services

LeoWeb provides web design, web development, online stores, SEO optimization, maintenance and brand identity services. The details of each project (scope, deadlines, deliverables) are established through a personalized written quote.

3. Quotes and pricing

Quotes sent through the Site's form are valid for 14 calendar days from the issue date. The final price is confirmed in writing before work begins.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made in two tranches: a 50% advance upon project confirmation and 50% upon delivery. Final delivery (file access, publishing to domain) happens after full payment.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, the client receives usage rights over the final product (website, design, project-specific code). Reusable elements (internal components, know-how) remain LeoWeb's property.

LeoWeb may include the project in its public reference portfolio unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

5. Liability

LeoWeb is not liable for content (texts, images, data) supplied by the client for publication on the site. The client warrants that they hold the rights to the supplied materials.

Projects ship with a 30-day functional warranty from launch, during which we fix any error occurring under normal use free of charge.

6. Personal data

Personal data collected through the Site is processed according to the Privacy Policy, an integral part of these Terms.

7. Changes and disputes

The Terms may be updated without prior notice; the version published on the Site is the valid one.

Any dispute is settled amicably; failing that, jurisdiction belongs to the courts of Satu Mare, Romania.
